CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. Less than 48 hours notice, missed appointments, duplicate bookings, or services canceled at the time of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. A card on file is required to reserve all appointments and allows applicable fees to be processed without additional payment steps. Exceptions may be made for sudden illness or emergencies at my discretion.
